MSc Diego Alejandro Alvarez
Partner
Diego is a forensic scientist, forensic document examiner, and fraud investigation specialist with more than 13 years of experience in forensic technology and over 12 years in corporate fraud prevention, compliance, and forensic investigations.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science from the European University of the Atlantic and a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science. He is also a Certified Public Handwriting Expert and Forensic Document Examiner, with additional postgraduate training in modern criminal investigation techniques.
As Founder and Director of ADN Criminalística, he leads the development and distribution of advanced forensic technologies across Latin America, providing consulting, technical support, and professional training to law enforcement agencies, forensic laboratories, government institutions, and private organizations.
Diego held senior forensic and fraud investigation roles at leading multinational organizations, including PwC, Mercado Libre, Visa/Banelco, and Cocos Capital. As Forensic Services Manager at PwC, he advised more than 30 major companies on fraud risk, internal investigations, and forensic matters.
Since 2018, he has served as a court-appointed and party-appointed forensic expert before the National Courts of Buenos Aires in the fields of criminalistics, forensic document examination, handwriting analysis, fingerprint identification, and ballistics.
Diego is also Co-Director of Skopein Journal, author of forensic science publications, organizer of major forensic events, and an international speaker who has presented at conferences including the Forensics Europe Expo in London.
MSc Carlos María Diribarne

He is a forensic scientist with more than 10 years of experience in forensic technology, forensic consulting, and expert witness services. He holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science from the European University of the Atlantic and a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Science from the University Institute of the Argentine Federal Police. He is currently pursuing a Law Degree while continuing his professional development through specialized forensic training.
He serves as a court-appointed forensic expert before the courts of Buenos Aires in the fields of criminalistics, forensic document examination, and ballistics, supporting judicial investigations in both civil and criminal matters. His expert work has included participation in litigation related to the Cromañón nightclub tragedy. In the private sector, he also advises leading organizations as a Senior Consultant in fraud prevention, compliance, and forensic investigations.
He is Co-Director of Skopein Journal and author of several forensic science publications. He has contributed to the organization of major forensic events, including JACFA 2015 and JACFA 2017, and has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences, including the Forensics Europe Expo in London, where he presented on latent fingerprint development techniques.
